Guitar player, composer, arranger, producer and sound designer.
Twenty five years old, graduate of the Rubin academy of music in the cross-disciplinary composition department.
Studied guitar with Steve Peskoff and composition with Slava Ganelin. Awards and scholarships:
1st prize in the academy jazz competition in 2006.
Winner of the AICF scholarship in 2004-2006.
Score for the dance piece “Pause” (Meirav Shekel & Ohad Kolombus)
outstanding commendation in the Hanna Ydor Avni/Gertrude Krauss competition in 2007.
Score for the dance piece “C Factor” (Ruth Valensi)
outstanding commendation in the Gertrude Krauss competition in 2008.
Score for the animation film “Illuminations” (Itay Fromin) – 1st prize in Tel Aviv animation festival in 2007.
Score for the animation film “Pause” (Osnat Wald) 1st prize in Rehovot Women Festival in 2007.
Composed over 25 scores for film, dance, theater, video-art and T.V. A regular collaborator with animators and video art creators Prominent projects include: Monstep – an electronic experimental jazz group. Leads the group and composes most of the materials. The group’s debut album “The What & The Why” was released in 2007. ABC Trio
a group dedicated to exploring the boundaries of jazz and beyond Migdalego – an original modern jazz group.
