Dubi began his musical career playing guitar at age 15, exploring many genres until discovering electronic music in 1996, and becoming familiar with the Trance scene while traveling in Japan, U.S.A and India, among others. From 2003 to 2005, Dubi had a key role in Bionics Records as the label's PR person and office manager, and worked with the label on its most famous party line at the Luna Club, Haifa, Israel every Thursday as a resident DJ.
From January 2005 Dubi began work as Ritmo, releasing several tracks through various labels. In June 2006 Dubi moved to Tel-Aviv and started working for a famous post-production sound studios as sound editor and continued working and releasing tracks as Ritmo.
In may 2008 Dubi compiled a successful compilation, "Grand Slam", released by Iono Music, immediately followed by his debut album "Disharmonic Silence", an album presenting his own progressive trance style which has been highly praised by critics and fans alike.
Nowadays Dubi, aka Ritmo, continues to work on new tracks, and has also started a new project called Ritree with Alon Brilant aka Suntree.
